New Belgium to Enter Alabama with Blue Silver Network

New Belgium Brewing will begin distributing beer throughout Alabama as of January 27th, 2014 with the blue-silver network. This will be New Belgium's 36th state of distribution. Initial offerings include Fat Tire, Ranger IPA, Spring Blonde (seasonal), Snapshot Wheat, Shift, Trippel and the Lips of Faith series. The rollout will feature 12-­‐oz and 22-­‐oz bottles, 12-­‐oz cans and draft.

The distributors are Supreme Beverage (Miller/Coors) Northern AL, Gulf Distributing (Miller/Coors) South Western AL, Allstate Beverage (Miller Coors) South Central AL, Premium Beverage (Miller/Coors) East Central AL.

"We interviewed a lot of great wholesalers in the area and we're very excited about where we've landed," said New Belgium's Southeast Regional Sales Director, Jeff Sipes. "We look forward to making new friends, learning new things and contributing to Alabama's thriving beer and food scene. "


After a long hiatus, Dogfish Head is set to re-enter northern Indiana with blue-silver distributor Indiana Beverage. Indiana Beverage will distribute our beers in the following counties: Lake, Newton, Porter, Jasper, La Porte, Starke, Pulaski, St. Joseph, Marshall, Fulton, Elkhart, Kosciusko, Wabash, Grant, La Grange, Noble, Whitley, Huntington, Steuben, De Kalb, Allen, Wells, Adams and Benton (north of Hwy 18). Additional Indiana wholesalers will be finalized in early 2014.

Dogfish Head has also indicated that it is starting to look at getting back into Tennessee as well. The march continues.
