Keith Levy to Leave Anheuser-Busch

FILED JANUARY 6, 2011

Dear Client:

A-B just announced to distributors that Keith Levy, Vice President of Marketing for Anheuser-Busch, will leave the company "to pursue other opportunities, effective today." Wow.

A-B's memo from Dave Peacock , obtained by BBD, goes on: "Keith joined Anheuser-Busch in 1987 and most recently led the marketing division through the merger of Anheuser-Busch and InBev. Before leading marketing, Keith was vice president of sales and retail marketing and held numerous other positions in sales and marketing throughout his career at the company."

Dave thanked Keith for his work at the company, and announced that Frank Abenante, global vice president of Brands and Insights, will "temporarily lead the marketing function and team in the United States, working with me. He will be responsible for driving strategy, operational marketing plans and brand performance until a permanent vice president of marketing for Anheuser-Busch is in place."

Frank joined AB InBev in 2007 and his international marketing career spans more than 23 years. He spent 12 years with Unilever working in Venezuela, the Netherlands, Italy, Colombia and Brazil in local and regional capacities. He later spent seven years with E&J Gallo Winery in the United States in regional and global positions before joining AB InBev in Leuven, Belgium.

Until tomorrow, Harry
