HOTEL: First and foremost, if you haven't made your room reservations at the Hotel del Coronado, I would recommend doing it as soon as you can, as rooms are filling up. You can make the reservation by calling: 619-435-6611. Be sure to tell them you're with the Beer Summit. SCHEDULE: Most attendees arrive Monday, February 20 to attend the afternoon session (registration starts at 2:30pm, session starts at 3:30pm), with the beer reception following thereafter. Then attend the entire day General Session on Tuesday, February 21, then the Maverick Award presentation and beer reception, and then departures Wednesday morning. ATTENDEES: We cap attendance at 400, and we are almost there. Here is the attendee list as of Tuesday so you can plan who you would like to see. To protect folks' privacy, we have not included email addresses, sorry.
ATTIRE: The dress code for the Beer Summit is..... there really is no dress code. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Most people wear business casual.
DINING: There are three great dining options at the Hotel Del, as well as some interesting restaurants nearby on Coronado Island. To see your options at the Del, click here. To see other options, visit the Coronado Island visitor center's website here.
RELAXATION: There is a great spa for you and significant others at the Del. They offer massages, facials, gender-separate hot tubs, saunas, etc. Call the hotel to book your session.
I really look forward to seeing you at the Hotel Del next month for some fascinating presentations, panels, networking, and of course, great fun. If you are bringing a spouse or significant other, please feel free to invite them to the beer receptions.
