Mass Exodus: NBB's Christine Perich Latest Craft Departure

FILED OCTOBER 27, 2016 As first reported yesterday by Craft Business Daily, Christine Perich, who officially replaced New Belgium Brewing's founder Kim Jordan as CEO almost exactly a year ago, will step down by end of November, the brewer has announced. Day to day planning and operations will be handled by the executive team while New Belgium considers candidates for the position. Christine is a longtime 16 year veteran of NBB.

Heineken USA Down in Q3

FILED OCTOBER 26, 2016 Heineken reported its third quarter results this morning, with global consolidated beer volume up 2.0% organically, with growth in Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe offsetting weaker volume in Africa Middle East & Eastern Europe. Brand Heineken volume in the premium segment was up a healthy 3.5%.
